Setting up new courses for the fall...

One of my customers emailed and said

"

It is that time of the year again to prepare for the fall. Can you please set up the moodle courses for the following courses for the fall 2014

New Vision Nursing Clinical

New Vision Nursing AP

Also, can you create enrollment keys for the two courses? NVNFALL2014 could this be used as the enrollment key?

This is how I handled the request.

 

• On the server, I found the two courses mentioned above
• I backed up each course with student data and named it with july 2014 in title
• I reset each course.  Using the Site Admin | Course | Reset option
• I updated the enrollment key in each.

 

That's it.  Simple.  Is beautiful.
