Monday morning moodle tasks

MMMts = Monday morning moodle tasks.

These are the things I do each Monday to keep my moodle instances healthy wealthy and wise.

1. Log into each moodle instance (currently 10 moodle instances)
2. Check site activity - Site admin |Users|accounts|list - by recent login
3. Run the cron task - since it is responsible for synching moodle with an external DB for both authentication and enrollment.
4. Remote into the moodle server (4 of them)
5. check the drive space on each server C drive and F drive
6. check the dbbackups folder
7. Check the error logs on each server

MMSWTs = Monday morning schoolworld tasks

1. Log into each SW instance
2. Check activity - Edit Administrators | View logins

I have a total of 19 servers that I should be logging into and checking activity.  If I do this without my brain wondering, it should take 30 minutes.

30 minutes a week to intentionally log into each web site (10 moodle, 9 SW) and verify activity

OBJECTIVE = Never have a customer tell you your site is down.
