I was meeting with a customer the other day, at the end of the meeting she pulled out a Ipad and tried to render our moodle 2.4 install. She received a message about the site not being mobile app. ready.
I did a quick google search on "moodle mobile configuration" I found what I needed at this moodle doc page. A web service needed to be activated to allow the official moodle mobile app to render the install.
Settings > Site administration > Plugins > Web services > External services
I made the update, asked my customer to try browsing the site again from her mobile app and we were in business.
